What we provide

DOT Compliance provides administrative compliance software and, when requested, hands-on administrative support services for motor carriers. The platform organizes company, driver, vehicle, and document records and surfaces deadlines and missing information based on the data you provide.

Carrier responsibility

You remain responsible for your operation’s compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. The platform is a recordkeeping and workflow tool, not a substitute for your own compliance program, and using it does not transfer that responsibility to us.

Nothing on this platform or website constitutes legal advice. We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in regulatory compliance, that you will pass an audit, or that you will avoid a violation. We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.

Paid services

Managed-service requests and any future paid plans, subscriptions, or billing arrangements are governed by separate terms agreed at the time those services are arranged, and are not established automatically by using this website or the portal.
